Reservation deposits collected by Melendi VIP Promotions are paid in exchange for booking coordination, transportation assistance, and concierge handling related to the requested reservation.
All reservation deposits are strictly non-refundable. This applies if the customer cancels, changes plans after confirmation, fails to arrive at the agreed pickup location, or otherwise does not complete the confirmed reservation process.
If the reservation is completed as scheduled and the customer attends the venue, the deposit may be applied toward the guest experience depending on the venue’s internal policy and promotion terms.
Melendi VIP Promotions does not control venue-specific refund rules, entry decisions, or promotion details. Any venue-specific credits or applications remain subject to the venue’s conditions.
By submitting payment, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this refund policy in full.
